- UAE Resident Visa holders must have a valid permit to enter Dibba, Musandam.
- Please carry your original Passport and Emirates ID with you during the trip.
- Passport must be valid for at least 6 months, and Emirates ID must be valid for at least 2 months from the date of travel.
- If you're traveling on a sponsored visa, the sponsor must accompany the family members.
- Once your booking is confirmed and paid, it is non-refundable.
- Date changes are possible but will incur additional charges and depend on availability.
- The Musandam trip is subject to weather and sea conditions, as per maritime rules.

- If you're coming in your own car, please ensure it is Oman insured.
- Booking confirmation depends on availability and payment receipt.
- Alcohol is strictly prohibited during the trip. Smart Travel will not be responsible for any issues caused by not following this rule.
- Visa on Arrival Fee: Citizens of countries like Philippines, Nepal, Sri Lanka, Syria, Morocco, etc. (with UAE residence visas or multiple-entry visa holders) will need to pay OMR 5 (~AED 50) at the border for their visa.
